Our minds are how they can control us. The way we feel, the way we talk and how we move. When anxiety comes along it changes everything around us. The way we feel like we are becoming more isolated in this world. After a huge pandemic. Losing our connection through the huge world. Learning how mental illness comes together. How we are not able to communicate through social media and how it can be different in person. Feeling the cold tear coming down my cheeks, feeling empty holding onto the tension in the past, present and future. Closing my eyes feeling my body into a fresh warm\cool summer breeze by the beach, hearing the sounds of the ocean, wind and birds chirping away. My body feels stiff, as my thoughts drift away into the hard dark cold black spaces that have been left behind by the wind. Mental health comes into play and my mind feels like a cloud that has been blown away by the darkness.

The mind and the happiness that comes from within you. It’s how you can control it with your mind to make it better.
